Standard Support tickets are resolved within 5 working days. Priority Support offers a fast, priority response to your support queries (usually 1-2 working days).

Your order in four easy steps:

Step 1: Our web sales are handled by Plimus. Choose the appropriate package above and complete your purchase online. This is 100% secure using strong industry-standard encryption technologies.

Step 2: As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tax receipt and activation code to unlock the purchased edition of the software.

Step 3: Download the software and install it (if you haven't already), and enter the licence activation key information contained in your email to activate your subscription. Fill in each field with the EXACT details sent to you. Instead of retyping the information you can copy (ctrl+c) the section of the email that contains the key data and paste (ctrl+v) the data into the form.

Step 4: Once you have entered the key press the OK button. A message will be shown, confirming (or otherwise) that the key has been accepted. If it has not been, the reason is almost certainly because you mistyped something. You do NOT need to re-enter the key when you install a new release on the same computer for as long as the key is valid. You have 12 days from the purchase of the software to use the activation key.

Important Notice: We have a No Refund Policy on all our software applications and bundles. We do this because we offer free, fully functional trial versions of our software that you can download and try before you buy. These trial versions allow you to test the software before you decide to make a purchase. We also provide an immediate electronic download of the software purchased. These downloads are available freely from our website and product pages.
